The Opportunity
The leadership team at Thomas Storey aimed to enhance their existing meeting area with a professional, engaging Visual Management solution. Their vision was to create a space that not only motivated employees but also communicated high performance and operational excellence to visitors.
At the same time, Peak VM was asked to support the development of Safety Visuals to reinforce safe working behaviours. The goal was to create clear, impactful reminders that supported employee awareness as they transitioned from low-risk to higher-risk zones across the facility.
